- Monthly clients receive 10% off products and services.
- A 20% gratuity will be automatically added for spa packages.
- 24 hours notice required for cancellations (must be made during normal working business hours in order to qualify).
- No Shows are required to pay 100% of missed services costs before service is further rendered to them.
- Gift certificates expire in 90 days.
- No Returns or refunds on retail products or gift certificates.
- All massages can be customized to the clients needs. Please arrive ten minutes early to fill out client intake form for first time clients.
